Common questions

My prayer times don't match my masjid. Open My Salah, tap the gear, and under Prayer times choose another calculation method or switch Asr between Standard and Hanafi.

How do I stop showing my face? Switch off "Show my face by default" in Settings, turn the front camera off for a single snap, or open a circle's ••• menu to hide your face from just that circle.

How do I report or block someone? Tap ••• on their snap, or on their name in a circle's ••• menu. Reports go to the Fardly team and are reviewed within 24 hours. They aren't told who reported them, or that they've been blocked.

I'm not getting reminders. Check that Adhan reminders are on in Fardly's Settings, and that notifications for Fardly are allowed in your phone's settings.

How do I delete my account? My Salah → gear → Delete my account. Everything is removed straight away. You can also email privacy@fardly.app.
